You can enjoy fresh, local products even at altitude!

The title of Maître Restaurateur reward restaurants that work fresh and supplies from local producers.

In fact this title was created in 2007 to promote traditional French cuisine and distinguish "excellence" of catering professionals.

It is awarded by the prefect of the Haute-Savoie on the findings of audit reports carried out by certification bodies. This Nantes reached the age of 18 in Chamonix. She began working in a legendary restaurant in the valley: Le Dahu, where she met the love and never left ...
What was to be a season in the mountains eventually lasted for almost 30 years. Love snow, winter.
She made her arms aloft to Lognan, Flégère, or Charamillon Sheepfold. Still, she remains committed to Plan Joran since she started working there at the age of 20 years as a waitress.
She enjoys working with his chef Giacomo Iovino because they share the same vision of the restoration: serving refined cuisine market and well presented.
This woman of the land, a lot of fun to get to know its customers, besides, many regulars come regularly spend time in the Plan Joran restaurant, for cooking but also for the home.
